Apply the INNER BALANCE OIL BLEND according to the instructions 'How to use our Roll On bottles'.
 
Step 1
Place both middle fingers on the inside of the eyebrows, gently stroke towards the hairline, towards the temples. Make light circular movements at the temples
Step 2
Start on the inside of the eyebrows and sweep towards the temples, 3 times. Then stroke under the eyes towards the temples, 3 times
Step 3
Alternately use both middle fingers to gently stroke the bridge of the nose in the direction of the forehead, 3 times. Gently massage the nostrils in a circular motion, clockwise 3 times. Stroke the cheekbone outwards from the nose, 3 times
Step 4
Gently stroke your middle fingers from the corners of your mouth upwards toward your temples, 3 times
Step 5
Place middle finger between upper lip and nose, gently stroke upwards towards temples, 3 times
Step 6
With the fingertips of both hands, stroke the neck towards the chin, 3 times. Then use both middle fingers to gently stroke in the direction of the temples and sideways downwards, 3 times. Then inhale and exhale deeply 3 times, shake out your hands
